I originally developed this to help my little learner learn the games our family loves to watch. This five page packet includes everything you need to use your love of football to help your learner develop their mathematical thinking and understanding of our base ten system. This packet includes the recording sheet, a sample recording sheet, counting mat, step by step instructions with pictures, best practices, ways to adjust the activity if needed, and a list of the many mathematical content standards your learner will be exploring while engaging in this activity.
